Being totaly green, I dont even know how to post a story on this website.
Speaking as a virgin on this website, my attempt to post a viable story on this site proved fruitless (due to my own ignorance,may I add) not to worry,its back to F.M for my storie's. (Read but never reccognised)aah well.

Nathan, a journalist, stumbles upon a web site for incredibly realistic female body suits while researching fetish wear. Convinced that they are fake, he goes along to a product launch to find out.

This story is intended to be the pilot to a series. It was mostly written before the movie Avatar came out, and has no connection to the movie.

Looking for a Story

Wasn't going to bother anyone, but with the search function down and no luck looking through the author list, I figured I'd ask.

There was a popular series here about a teen-aged T-girl who was an excellent locksmith. She also helped out caring for a baby at a home across the street from hers. Can't remember the title or author.

Questions about the stories on the site and on the net

Well storysite.org and storysitetwo.org and all the other forms of that site has official shut down I heard. I do not know why, but i miss many of the stories. It also seems like Sapphire has not added stories in a long time and as for asstr.org is hard for me to determine whether they are getting new stories, because it is so big and a little disorganized when it comes to finding and discovering new stories. I like this website and fictionmania.tv and then askjolene stories section (which allows me to find literatica stories and asstr stories in the search engine).

Mother Daughter Stories

Hello,

So I have an incredible soft spot for mother / daughter stories, you know where the maternal figure imposes femininity on her son and transforms him (lovingly or strictly) into a daughter. Even better if the daughter is encouraged to date boys / men. G rated stories can be great, x or better seems to do more for me. First person (told from the vantage point of the 'daughter') are a plus.

Kudos: Is It Just Me?

Does anyone else feel intuitively that a kudo under the new system has or should have a higher threshold than a vote did under the previous one?

If so, should we?

Somehow a vote gives me the feeling of "all in favor say aye" -- something one can provide without any real enthusiasm. A kudo, on the other hand, strikes me as a more independent affirmation, an announcement that there's something more than ordinary about a particular work.

It has become apparent for a while now that comments seem to be on the decline, which is a pity as many authors who contribute to the site like to get feedback that the stories that they have written are appreciated or not as the case may be.

HTML regulations?

Ok,I am a little confused (This is my first story) I understand that HTML format is used on BC to post stories, and also there are certain commands that I should leave out. I searched for a FAQ page or anything that had these rules, but I couldn't seem to find one. So, for a new author, what formatting rules should I be aware of?

Tamara Drewe has just been released as a film but the story originally appeared weekly as a graphic novel in the Guardian. The artist is the wonderful Posy Symmonds. Knowing that there is a following for well-drawn strips (and this is one) I thought people here might appreciate a look at the original before seeing the film. The film got an excellent review in today's Guardian but perhaps they're a bit biassed :)

If you haven't seen the Bruce Willis film "The Kid", you won't know the plot anyway, but you really should rent it.

Hi, my name is Tanya. Tanyalynn was my name a long time ago on Storysite, and the 51- well, a girl never reveals her age. I am a m2f ts, who has felt like I am in the wrong body, but with some truly heavy issues. I do write sometimes as an outlet, a chance to fantasize about how my life might have gone, although I did a couple of more action oriented stories, a mystery, and a superhero story on Storysite. I can also be influenced by movies (see "The Girl" on Storysite, inspired by the Bruce Willis movie "The Kid"). I think that was my favorite story.

Alice woke at her usual time, feeling uncomfortable as usual and just as so many days before, a beautiful distended heavily pregnant tummy was as large and heavy as it was the day before and the day before that, but it wasn't a discomfort she disliked, no, instead she felt so wonderful and complete inside. She looked every inch a very pretty mid 30's woman in the blossom of pregnancy, subtle very fine lines of age surrounded her eyes and only added to her glamour.

Suggestions for dissemination of new 360,000 tg novel

I've just finished a 360,000-page tg novel. It should be available soon via an Amazon subsidiary. How and where should I publicize it? Would it be appropriate to put excerpts here in BigCloset? Below I've pasted a part of the back-cover blurb--it gives a pretty good idea of the plot.

Some days you get a lucky, a kind word gets you a password, which lets you copy a database, which fetches a rather large amount on the black market. Other days, well, someone else goes for the same mark as you and everything goes wrong. The emergence of meta-humans in the world was never going to affect that too much. Oh, and I'm a naíve fool, did I mention that?

You see, my life was one of the best I could have, coding by daylight and occasionally skimming large sums money off of those who could afford it. But sometimes; sometimes things don't go quite according to plan.

This is one of those times.

I'm sorry that my expectancies to write everyday can't be met, i got a new job as of august and i can't keep with writing it on paper and then type it on the pc. Therefore expect some great chapters by September/October, on a 12h basis so that it is not a real massive update and also so that i can have a buffer of chapters in case something comes up. but don't worry the story is written just not proofed and tipped into the pc.

What is less known is that there are unrecognized patients who predate the first acknowledged case. Sometimes these people are carriers, like Typhoid Mary, but oftentimes they are merely the unsung victims who's stories are not tied into the whole until long after the papers are written. Jesse Lee was such a person, this is his story.

First let me apologize the Staff and Editors. I tried to post two chapters of a story I wrote some time. I have no clue about how HTML works. I tried several times before I got it to look right and hit the submit content button......but oops I didn't clear out the others that didn't look good before I did. So you may have got the first chapter of the same story several times. I have read through a lot of the FAQ but I use Word Perfect so it's bit different from MS word.

Still I am open to any all help as I have more than a few story's I would like to post. Thanks to all. Joe

I need a proof reader for my sci-fi story

This is a call to those who like to proof read stories. The first book is written of the series The Omega Unicorn Chronicles. I couldn't use the title The Last Unicorn, because there is already a book with that title. Book One is 30 chapters long. Book Two has 31 chapters and still counting. The Third Book is going to wait until Book Two is done. The Rescue Mission will be re-written to reflect books one and two better. I suggest reading the story first before taking it apart. There are rabbit trails and mysteries along the way.
