Well, I am one hurting girl.

Last night, we were short-staffed, and I ended up doing two large departments by myself. By the end of the shift, my shoulder was killing me, I had pain in almost all my joints, and worse of all, my male bits hurt.

Even after having a hot bath and a few hours of sleep, I'm still hurting so bad I'm shaky and close to tears, and I gotta go in and do it all over again ...

ah, well.

Anti-inflammatory

I'm 68 and wouldn't dream of going to work without taking my OTC anti-inflammatory. My choice is Ibuprofen, however if you have any stomach problems, it may not be the best choice. I always take it right after breakfast and that mitigates the stomach irritation. Since you work nights, if I remember right, you'd do well to eat a good dinner just before work and take it then.

You know what the old saying is: An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Hugs
