So on Thursday, I got all my top teeth removed, and my dentures installed.

The reason they put the dentures in right away is they use them as kind of a bandage, to protect the area from infection, and keep the shape of my mouth the same as it heals

So the last couple days have been kinda less than fun, but I'm slowly getting better,

Anyway, hugs still appreciated.

On eating for about a week, and make sure you keep them clean.

Hugs,

Aye, yep. As always, Huggles on the way via the Aether.

And always, delivery is at the Speed of Thought.

I did my sorta-annual trip to the Market at International Mister Leather.

Yeah, I am aware of all the contradictions of a straight, un-partnered, -vegan- guy going shopping at one of the biggest gay male -leather- fests in the world ... More and more now, 'traditional' items are now being made from non-animal materials: nylon and such, neoprene, rubber and similar. And some items never were made from leather.

I got a tremendous boost to my Huggles Stores. One vendor was raffling off a rather impressive piece of bedroom play equipment. ($800 USD value!) One part of the sales pitch was, that if I bought a ticket, I could ... uhm ... *cough* ... *blush* 'play with' the guy who was modeling usage of the equipment.

Another part was a =substantially great= hug from one guy 'pitching' the raffle. Beards tickle!

I have a hypothesis that gay guys can hug other guys, much better other people can. They know what they're doing for another guy ...

I did turn down the kiss, though. Straight, remember.

A slight disappointment . While the vendor was there, they didn't bring the pin I wanted: https://www.shopleatherarchives.com/product/protect-trans-ki....

No problems, I'll just go to the https://leatherarchives.org/ on their next free day.

Then a local and =very= LGBTIQ+?-etc. friendly Hospital was offering free monkey pox (per UN WHO, official and preferred name is mpox) vaccines, so I'm now at jab 1 of 2. Mpox is in the same genus as =smallpox=! Per Wikipedia, most mpox infections are mild, but complications can include blindness, death and other assorted ick!!

The Hospital's other offering was a test showing I am HIV-free.

Reminds me, I have a =lot= of stuff to donate to the re-sale shop that 'feeds into' the Hospital.

HUGS!!!

Oh bless - at least you can still smile about it !!I was in holiday in Turkey recently and the hotel was full of people getting their teeth done - so much so the Dentiist's shuttle bus was never away from the front door, moving its customers back and forth. Once they have settled down and you are crunching into an apple or some fresh celery and looking a million dollars, it will all have been worth it.
Hope you are pain free and will have that killer smile you always dreamt of !!
Hugs!
