I know Toni personally, and she truly is amazing. Currently, she is Managing Director of This is H.O.W., a residential substance abuse recovery facility for transgenders. To my knowledge there is not another facility like it in the US.

Currently, they are raising funds to secure a permanent facility in the Phoenix area. I know things are tight, but if you have something to spare, it would be difficult to find a better cause to support.
