"Okay, so that happened, right?"

A while ago I talked about an older man at my church who decided what I needed was someone to flirt with me, and today, he took that flirting to another level.

First, when we were going around shaking hands good morning, he decided to kiss the back of my hand instead, while I tried to not blush my face off. After I went to my seat, I thought to myself "Okay, so that happened, right?"

Then, after the service, I was talking to our pastor, who complimented me on my dress, when he came up, put his arm around me and told the pastor she now had competition in the pretty girl department.

Now, the first instance was kinda flattering, and made me feel rather feminine. The second one, however, verged into "just about creepy" territory, and it appears that I'm going to have to set some boundaries with him in a firm way.

So ladies, have you ever had to give a guy "I see you as a friend" talk?

that dreams about having hot sex with men with your vagina...in detail. Your the one that needs the sex.

simple answer

We need you both to do the ice bucket challenge and cool both your sex drives off. Of course make sure some muscle bound guy with no shirt on does it to both of you. LOL

Only twice

I've only had to friendzone two guys. A guy at college thought I was flirting with him, because I always picked him for a lab partner. Honestly, I only picked him because he was nice the first time we paired up. But he started hinting at us hanging out after school. I hinted at that possibly being fun. Then a month later he asked me out (on a date), and I had to have a brief talk with him about us just being friends. He was cool with that, but we quickly became acquaintances when he mentioned our outings should be more "date-like."

Another was one of my brother's very extroverted friends (in his band). He would flirt with me every time I'd go see them play or practice. He put his arm around my shoulders, constantly touched me, etc. Then one night he decided (after a few beers in both of us) to try to kiss me. Basically I needed my brother's help getting him off of me, and then sitting him down and talking to him. It took a bit of explaining, but finally sunk in to his thick skull. He was still flirtatious with me, but never jumped the gun like that again.
