I am a little concerned. I can tell I might be headed for a down. I hope not, I need my energy to figure out my next step, and to make some more stories. Ah, well.

You can talk yourself out of this ....

In DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) we are taught that opposite action will pull you out of the crash. Things like a hot bath, Ice Cream, a long walk, talking to friends, watching a nice movie and that sort of stuff can help a lot.
