Hi all, thought that I would share two dreams I had within days of each other. The first was looking down on a hospital room with two patients, one was screaming following S.R.S. and the other was spitting angry; both patients had the same name and the wrong patient had the surgery. The second dream I had was where I ordered a feteshists dream concoction of a full body rubber bodysuit and was about to try it on, only then did I dissapear from the dreamscape leaving the bodysuit to crumple to the floor.

Strange repeditive dream

I used to have a dream where I was on a dark sidewalk, wearing a long black hooded cape that went clear to the ground. I met two men and one of them pulled a knife, saying "You die, scourge".

Without fear, I looked at him and said, "I have been waiting for you".

I have no idea what it meant.

If it had continued...

...you would have produced a much larger metal implement of destruction and challenged them with: "My knife's bigger than yours!"

You then laugh manically as they run off, realising that they must have been compensating for something...

(Look, do you expect me to write sensible stuff at 2am?)

There are 10 kinds of people in the world - those who understand binary and those who don't...

As the right side of the brain controls the left side of the body, then only left-handers are in their right mind!

Girl

Is the title of a novel which describes exactly the situation in your first dream.

Bradley goes into hospital to have his wisdom teeth removed and ends up with someone else's SRS operation with (in this case) hilarious results. IIRC it was written for a competition to write a novel in 24 hours - the competitors were shut away for the period of the contest. I used to have a copy but I gave it away; can't remember the name of the author for certain but it could have been David Thomas. I'm sure a fellow Brit on here will remember (it was published in 1995ish, about the time I retired). Gabi or Angharad, perhaps.

Spot On

It took me a while to get a copy from Blighty as I live in the states. It is not easy to get.

Yes, the novel was Girl by David Thomas.
