I know its not to everyones taste but i like it and thats all that really counts so there! In the words of Toyah Wilcox, 'so what if i dye my hair, i've still got a brain up there', take it or leave it, this is Madeline Anafrid!

I mentioned above that my dose of Covid has mostly cleared up, for me that means the feeling of nausea and general muscle fatigue has reduced to the point that yesterdays ride felt, well normal. Thursday on the other hand i was still feeling somewhat green, both rides were of similar duration and weather so they seem a fair comparison. The day between i did a bus/walk and other than it getting quite warm, that went well too. Thats not to say i'm at 100% but really, when are we ever so without ailment to claim that?

And so to posting - i'm glad that so many of you are enjoying the new posting of the missing Gaby Book 1 chapters, i still find myself chuckling over these early adventures - and i wrote them! There will be more of The Anime Days midweek.

Today though we continue with book 24, Fame and chapter 35, Risk it for a Swisskit. Remember those? Part of the '70's push to bring a bit of healthier living to these shores, along with Ski yoghurts and Alpen breakfast muesli, Swiskit was a sort of cereal bar before they were a thing (yes i know its misspelt in the title but thats intentional given where its set today.

So thats all for today, hopefully i'll get some writing done this week now my head's a bit clearer but for now though,
Tack
Madeline Annafrid
