different responces to PTSD

I've noticed I respond differently to my PTSD depending on where I am in my manic-depression cycle.

When I'm manic, I am more likely to feel angry after, and if I'm depressed, I'm more likely to want to retreat or blame myself for what happened.

just one more thing to think about, I guess.

... numb and disconnected, but under that disconnectedness, there seem to be other emotions happening. It's almost like I'm looking through a very thick window, and watching someone else experiencing the reaction to stuff.
