Again!

Its all the fault of a damp Thursday which meant i missed the Thursday ride, went down to Weston on Friday, worked at being depressed yesterday then headed for the Forest of Dean today. By the time i got back and sorted out dinner - well the sun was well below the yard arm!

So both of this end of the week's rides have been quite boring really, both @120km long, just shy of 900m on Friday, a bit over 1500m today. As for yesterday, i just got into a downward spiral of teenager through the day, why? no idea but i've been a bit out of sorts for a few days, not sick or anything, just a bit morose and short of vim. Hopefully this coming week will be a bit more cheery, if not, i bought beer!
