It's only growing(older) pains, keep moving it helps to stop you seizing up. I find a good walk a day helps to keep me mobile as well as lifting my spirits.

I've mentioned before, my life is such that I keep spewin -er -generating lots of un-deliverable hugs.

Like for all the people with more money than I have, contributing to my local classical radio station's fundraiser, and all the staff, the composers and performers there-on, and an Anonymous One sponsoring a $25,000 USD matching grant, ...

And that just a sliver of my life. Then all the people at IBM's World Community Grid, letting my computer run COVID research, ...

So. "I gots" tons of hugs floating out in the ether. Please grab all the hugs you want. No worries about 'running me out', I'm sending out more all the time.
