So, I went to LULU, and with great trepedation bought Drew Millers book, Caelarus. It was easy to get them to take my money. But as usual, it is imposible to get the book out of them. I downloaded the thing from Adobe, twice actually, but still no book. I'm about as disgruntled as I have been any time in the last 10 years.

I don't know why LULU is always such a problem. I have downloaded several books from Amazon without issue.

Why complain here?

Tell LULU. They have customer service and they want you to be happy. I've sold hundreds of ebooks thru Lulu and no one else has complained to me that they cannot download the book they have bought.

Here's a link to their FAQ on deliveries: http://connect.lulu.com/t5/Shipping/Where-s-My-Delivery/ta-p...

Again, tell LULU. They want you to tell them. Above all, they don't want you to go somewhere else and say you have a problem with them. Especially, if you haven't told them that you are having a problem.

Erin

I got it figured out.

Sorry for whining. It was just really confusing for me. I have no idea what I did to make it work.

Thank you.

Just an FYI

A matter of minutes ago, I went to lulu to purchase my ebook to see if their was a problem. However, I didn't have any issues downloading and viewing Caelarus using Adobe Digital Editions.

Cheers,

Drew
