This is starting to get OLD real fast or maybe it's me getting OLD real fast.Yesterday I fell again same leg gave out and I rebroke my Elbow OUCH this time I shifted the bone a little enough to give me permanent damage . I won't be able to straighten my arm completely straight out. Oh well it could be worse things in life that this. KEEP SMILLING -- LOVE TO YOU ALL RICHIE2

what gives

Ok what gives out knee, hip, ankle? There are exercises to help that. If its the knee on one leg only compare it to your other leg, more specifically how far back it goes when straight. I have one knee that goes further back than it should and if I don't do exercises to tighten the mucles behind the knee it can give out for no reason. which btw is REALLY painful. I had a gentleman help me around safewway when it happened while I was shopping.

Its also a good Idea to learn HOW to fall without hurting yourself more. I know you know how to do that most of the time. This is different as we get older and osteoporosis sets in we have to learn a different way of doing it.

Getting old sucks.
