well, I just had a nightmare, and in the process I actually managed to pop out my knee a bit. I've just about had it with the whole thing....

Curse like a bloody sailor. Maybe break something unimportant. Howl at the moon. Then when your done and tired out, go back to sleep, get up somewhat refreshed and get on being Dorothy and planning on helping Sam with school work. "the Whole Thing" is too important to give up on.

My left knee is bone on bone and hurts when ever it pops out. Just keep moving on it is all you can do and don't let it slow you down. I keep moving no matter what and refuse to give in or give up.

It is a long road ahead but I will finally become who I should be.

This may sound very silly, and I apologize in advance.

I only have two ideas for you (you've probably had a million ideas given to you; sorry!)

I went through a time of bad nightmares, and so did an old boss (good friend).

For both of us, smoking pot worked wonders. Just a pipe or two before sleep. Also, going for a goood, vigorous walk before sleep.

Whenever I combined the two, I'd wake up in the morning having had no nightmares.
