2nd edition

Well after another monster reformatting session I've been able to upload the 2nd edition to Kindle this evening. I'll sort out the direct link as soon as Amazon clear it.

In other writing news - well because the formatting took so long I haven't written any extra so far this week but, fingers crossed, i'll have more out for you at the weekend.
