Alright, so . . . yeah. If it ain't obvious I got nothing ready for today.

I'll be honest here: I really overcommitted on this. I don't have the head space right now or really the time to dedicate to doing this properly.

So, I'm asking for help.

I like the concept I had with the whole Ready Reads thing, but I'm not in any shape to be doing it right now. So, if anyone wants to reach out to me to take it over, that would be grand: I can forward you the recommendations for this last entry I was supposed to get up, and after that put it in your hands.

Anywho, that's all I got for tonight. This week has been busy, and stressful, and generally a weird mix of awesome and lousy, and it's looking like that's the foreseeable future for me.

Sorry about this peeps. I just can't handle the responsibility of this right now.

*hugs*

Not a machine of any sort I can detect so most likely people. Just put it on the back burner for now I'm still catching up on the other lists and would like to see this continued.

Have a good day and enjoy life.

Actually

This looks perfect for a once a month project because the stories you have been picking are longer ones.

So, don't give up the lasagna, yet.

Hugs,
Erin

I agree.

I agree with Erin's once-per-month proposal. It is rather strenuous finding various stories that fit, and you probably have to go through at least twice as many stories. Once they're posted, they're there for us to read, and it takes some of us a long time to read them.

The last one came out two weeks ago. Suppose the next one (Tweens) comes out two weeks from now, and (High School) the second or third Sunday of January. Is it okay if we submit further suggestion for Tweens? Following Tweens, we might have both (High School) and the following category to submit stories for. Sound okay?

I'm sorry

I'm grateful for your encouragement and support, and it actually saddens me that you feel the need to apologize, dear one.

Thanks everyone for the positivity.

I guess I shouldn't feel too bad about getting overwhelmed since nobody's reached out to me to take the project over: I guess it really is as much work as it feels like :)

We'll see about moving back to once a month, and if I can handle that. I'll get back to y'all first Sunday in January and see about using that as a New Year's thing.

What Is the Opposite of Suck?

Setting a high goal and missing it is NOT failure.

To paraphrase a philosopher, Never be limited by the fears in your head -- instead, be lead by the dreams in your heart.

Your dreams are beautiful and have inspired hundreds of great stories.
