Probably due to all the inactivity of the last two years from Covid and all, I am very ill with Cellulitis that has gotten quite serious. I'm not hospitalized yet but am on very strong Antibiotics and other strange potions. Not feeling well at all.

Just in case, I wanted to thank so many of you for being so kind and loving to me in the last many years. Thank you.

Merry Christmas and blessings to you all.

Don't Give In

I suffered with it about 21/2 years ago and it is painful and annoying. I had never heard of it and I found out it was probably picked up through a cut or other broken skin surface in changing rooms of a swimming pool. It started like dizziness and sickness and really drained and I had to drink coke and have a sleep in my car. I thought it was sunstroke. Then the skin infection and blistering appeared. I had 2 courses of antibiotics.
It is much more common than I thought and in serious cases it is necessary to have a period in hospital with full care that may involve a blood transfusion. Antibiotics do work in the majority of cases.
It returned late last year but not as seriously and eventually I visited a dermatologist who felt it was poor circulation and the antibiotics weren't needed. He recommended regular application of skin cream and to wear a medical stocking. It took a while to clear. I'm suspicious that the recent problems were posibly related to a reaction to the Covid vaccines.
Follow advice and hopefully you will feel better soon. Good luck.
