What is the answer to A, which is I guess the meat of the question.
As for the B item, it would be interesting to see the range of reads for episodes in a story. Do they usually stay constant; do they decrease over time, and how significantly (is it because of the time between chapters); and has a stories readership ever increased dramatically midway into a story?
