So, what happened to the Taylor Project? It's probably been noticed that I haven't posted an update in months. Part of it was getting slammed at work. More of it was just me falling into a funk. What seems to kill my writing every time is I reach a place where every word I type seems lame and not worth reading. I'm trying to move forward again. It's not going easy, but I mean to push through and write an ending, even if it is a little lame. That's my great failure of a write, not finishing a work. This time I plan to finish. I'm not taking up another writing project until this one is done.

Anyway, no date on when the next installments will be out, but I'm not walking away from Taylor. She has overcome some significant barriers and found acceptance from her immediate family, but she still has a ways to go.

That you do in fact get back to writing. I thoroughly enjoyed The Taylor Project, and it looked like Taylor's life was finally starting to come together a little bit. Of course, like all of us, I am sure that there are challenges ahead, and I look forward to reading about them.

Just remember, as far as we are concerned, your writing is not lame and we enjoy the story line very much. Plus, I would never have known about the grapefruit thing if you hadn't brought it to my attention, lol. As a person who loves grapefruit, hmmmmmmmm.......

Thanks for the Update

Hang in there. I've been missing the story & am looking forward to it's continuation.

Taylor Project

I WAS about to PM you soon and ask... I miss my Taylor fix.

But I understand feeling blocked, or in a rut where anything you type feels lame to you. Happens to me sometimes. But I suspect in both of our cases, it's not actually as lame as we feel it is. But I hope your life can settle and you can get your head back into Taylor's space. I'm really glad you're determined not to let the story just die, though.

The Taylor Project is the best TG story I have ever read. Thanks for your effort to this point in the story...........Matrix

As an author, sometimes you get to that point where you find yourself fighting for each word. Sometimes, that fight is more than you want to deal with at the time.

That being said, I hope someday you can find your way back to Taylor's story. It's been a long while since I discovered a tale that put me through a complete gamut of emotions with each chapter. I found myself crying with her, raging at the injustices, and laughing at her joy. This truly is a superb tale.
Plus, I now have a new author to follow.
