Ah that one ;) The constitution court told Merkel and her merry band of conservatives to fucking respect the constitution even if it gets in the way of being backward. It's a really sad thing that we need one judgement every half year to tell them that they can't get away with disallowing/banning stuff just because it doesn't fit into their woldview, or creating even more new surveillance meassures.
Meh... it's sad that something like this has to be forced by a court.

But it's getting worse. Tomorrow I'll write about a new law which hurts transgendered people even more now. I just went through the system myself and pray I can get all medical letters the insurance assesors need within the one week we now have time to hand everything in to them.
