It is high time a superior court has ruled in our favor.
I have been saying this since 1966, but nobody was listening. They all said we would lose so what's the use. That kind of defeatist attitude has kept us from getting the legal and constitutional rights we deserve.

Not a "Superior Court"
The N.Y. State Supreme Court that rendered this decision is not the top court in N.Y. It is equal to the normal Court of General Jusridiction in most states. The Top Court in N.y. Is the Court of Appeals.
But decisions must start somewhere
