Actually, if you look here : http://www.storysite.org/cgi-bin/uploads/storyqueue.cgi You will see the system recognizes your submission form, but shows that you haven't submitted the story document. (Red signifies there is a problem, and the lack of an "X" in the "File" column shows that's where the problem lies).
