I've been under the weather the past two or three days. I thought the cough I had was due to the damp weather combined with the dust raised by the work I'm having done in the basement. Said coughing was bad enough that I had to use my inhaler a few times.

However, last night (naturally, after my doctor's office closed) I not only had a bad, persistent cough which required multiple uses of my albuterol inhaler, I actually felt sick. I figured I'd call in the morning and try to get an appointment (the are only open mornings on Saturday). Especially since I had a lot of trouble sleeping.

However, I feel vastly better this morning, in spite of having a bad night. Maybe I'm over this bug.

Anyway I'm going to try and do some shopping this afternoon. We'll see how I feel tonight.

The next Masks story is coming along, slowly and irregularly. Largely due to the distraction of having multiple types of work done on my house. They still haven't finished with the new bathroom in the basement, but at least I got my water softener serviced yesterday. (It needed it; worn O-rings were causing a slight leak which would have soon become a serious leak.) The framing is nearly done, and the plumber should be back Monday.
