There was an episode "TURNAROUND INTRUDER" where a woman [Janice Lester] scientist from Captain Kirk's past has found an alien device that can transfer minds between bodies.
She lures the Enterprise to where she is and forces a switch upon Kirk that luckily is seen through when the new Kirk acts totally insane.
Luckily for Kirk, the transfer does not last. Unless I am mistaken, that is the very first T.G. story ever published.
Them there was the short story "THE PROCUSTEAN PRETARD" where a planets technology actually changes your gender/sex.
On the planet is the entire crew of a Klingon ship {Kang is Captain. The interesting thing is that the ALPHA MALE is made even more male by adding an extra chromozone making him XXX.
They leave and then return so that they are returned to normal. By the way, a typical Klingon crew is all male.
Does anybody know of any others?

We've all heard the rumors. Another version says that these weren't actually official episodes,
but were made after hours on the Star Trek set and were only shown to certain
select friends of Gene and Majel.....

Laika, You Have Given Me An Idea
Picture this, an aging Kirk has to wear a toupee, support hose and a girdle in order to still fit in his uniform ans still thinks he is able to swoon women. His wig constantly falls off as he naps and his Depends must get changed every hour.
This is a spoof on the aging crew.

It doesn't make them XXX. That would be an extra female chromosome. I've read that story, too. It makes them XYY. Spock is chosen by the device on the Enterprise, and has trouble controlling his aggression, with is what leads them to figure out about the extra Y chromosome.
