Please Make Sure your browser is up to date and the latest possible version.

We have Successfully tested Chrome/FireFox/IE on Windows 8.1 as well as Safari/Chrome/Firefox on Apple/Macintosh. We can't test stuff we don't have access to, and we won't test deprecated browsers

If you can guarantee your software is the latest, greatest, newest available and you are still having issues, please try one of the above mentioned software, and see if that helps. if it doesn't please feel free to comment here, or if you can't comment, send an email to [email protected]

P.S. Safari on Windows has not been updated since 2012 and as such, is officially marked not supported by BigCloset staff. We will never program features that intentionally break for Safari on Windows, but we won't go out of our way to test that they work either.
