Does anyone know if the above 3rd book of the series ever was finished? And if so where may I find it?

The third book was never finished.

The best person to contact about this story would be Beverly Colleen, from Bev's Balcony, since the original story was there I do believe.

I would like to see the story finished too. It's kind of hard for me to read any more, having found much better written TG fiction since that has spoiled me, but the story was interesting, and there really isn't anything else out there like it.

I know that they are on both Bev's Balcony and Saffires Place as I have just re read them. However they are not complete :(. A while ago here was a blog on them and I think ( think ) it stated that they were looking for more.
I hope that they will be completed as these are truly works of art.

Bev's Balcony ends at ch 24 Wheel of Stars, of book 1. Where can I find the aforementioned parts? and any additional parts to book 1?

Doing a quick google search for "TG Fiction Digest", "The Spent Cicada's Song", or "Rebekkah deMere" was rather unproductive...
