So I thought I would take a moment to post pics of our NinjaBaby....
So he turned 14 days (2 weeks) old yesterday ans I turned.... well... much older today....

He spent his first 10 days in a Neo Natal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) becsuse of an infection. He also had to fo phototherapy because he was a little jaundis and he was on a sugar water drip since Amys diabeaties got worse durring the pregnancy.
We just speNt his first 6 days out of the nicu with Grandma and Grandpa and are headed to our home now. :)

well mommy and daddy {mommy}was it all emotions of even more than anticipated ,sorry to hear about the nicu ,I went through that with Karen for 21 days ,as I think I told you ,there was strep in the afterbirth and jaundice .It was hard knowing I couldn't take her home but at least I got in 1 feeding for her nightly every night .It passes though eventually and now you finally have your baby to hold and love .Did that little hand come up and grab your heart .Wonderful times ahead for you to as you watch him grow and learn to do more .Not the easiest job being a parent and trust me they'll be times you will not like him to much ,but you'll always love him.Think the worst though is the sleepless nights if hes not feeling well ,you want to do more because they're hurting and can't .Karen spent the first 18 months with constant recurring ear infections ,hopefully yours will be easier .They are wonderful as they grow and you see there personality emerging but alot of work right now as you are seeing.
