That was $1560 which I put on a credit card that I had paid down with the money received last month. We're not doing to badly this month with raising enough so I can make more payments, considering that Piper is also asking for help with her planned move. We've got $861 in the Hatbox and most of that came in in the last week.

And then in the US, there are the political parties right now, trying to raise money for their gladiatorial combat. Most everyone is probably tired of being asked for money. I understand and no one has to give if they feel they can't or shouldn't. That's why it's a gift and it is appreciated.

Thanks and hugs,
Erin

If / when...

...I start earning more than I spend (or, more likely, spending less than I earn!), I'll send some of the spare your way.
Until then, I'll just continue reading / commenting on the various stories / blogposts, and may eventually get around to writing something...

(Am I bad for having 3 stories in various states of completion saved but which haven't been touched for months?!)

giving

I may not be able to give but I am working on getting people to advertise on here to help bring in revenue.

It is a long road ahead but I will finally become who I should be.

Gladatorial combat.

chuckle.

Why even bother donating to the Democrat or Republican candidates? If they want to help get people out to vote for their party do the most effective thing, drive for as many volunteers to convince people as possible.
You'd be doing more good by donating to TopShelf or the Trevor Project or many other things then spend money on a Presidential campaign.

After all these years and now in middle age

I am finally going to try to buy my first house so I will definitely not have much to spare. Unfortunately every seller thinks their house is worth double (or more) after 10 years of ownership *rolls eyes*

Also for a long while now I can take a tea break between link presses. I am beginning to suspect the servers need upgrading again which I know there is no spare change for on such a site.
