In the Munster TV series, there was an episode where Grandpa Munster changed into a blond woman while Herman wore a cowboy outfit, then Eddie became a blond moppet. In another episode, Herman was zapped by lightning to become Fred Gwinn {actor who played him]. Then Grandpa used his lab and the human Herman was changed into Lady Herman only to be zapped again and become himself again. Of course there maybe more episodes or movies that qualify.

What Bugs That Bunny

He didn't seem to "carrot" all when he was cross-dressed . . . even kissing Elmer!

Turnabout

Well, Elmer did his share of crossdressing, so he and Bugs take turns being the girl in their relationship.

There was one where a gale tore through a truckload of hats while Elmer was hunting Bugs, and every time a hat landed on one of them he adopted the personality of the hat. A bridal veil landed on Elmer and a top hat landed on Bugs and they got married.

There was another fun one where Elmer is dreaming and he turns into a woman with a shapely figure and long curls, and it turns out that Bugs was manipulating his dream.

I grew up in a different era than some here; no GI Joe or Thundercats, not to mention anime. And I remember that Bugs Bunny was the one cartoon character I wanted to be just like when I was little....hmmmm...I wonder why?

Monsters

I am afraid that the idea of Hermann Munster in drag rather reminds me of a certain bulky French actor at the end of 'Tenue de Soirée".....
