After seeing that blog about misfile I thought I'd start one about other transgendered webcomics I know of. It's not many and please add to the list, because I like reading web-comics. Keep in mind I'm just putting the few I know that have updated somewhat recently.

The Princess: http://the-princess.funonthe.net/ (Her personal site)
http://www.drunkduck.com/The_Princess/ the Drunk Duck site

This is the totally awesome story of a young girl named Sarah who has to overcome hatred, and a mother that is so protective it hurts the little girl. it is actually a spin off of Eve's apple. The main character is a preteen I think, I would say gradeschool and yeah, some of my inspiration to Write Tracy came from this story, a what if the kid was super young.

Eve's Apple: http://www.drunkduck.com/Eves_Apple/

Currently on hold, this is the story of Eve, a Teanswoman who meets a lesbian an the love hate relationship that stems from there.

Khaos Komix: http://www.khaoskomix.com/

This is a story about 6 teens, each one gets a story. In this we have seen 2 trans teens, one a M2F and the other F2M. Takes place in England and if you're lucky you can watch a live feed on certain Mondays of the Artist drawing and talking about whatever. I love the accent.

Closetspace: http://www.dolari.org/cs/

As the discription on the page says, The story of a boy who thought he could be a woman so well, he moved in with one. And the chaos that followed. The updating on this one is very sparitic. But so far the main story has been totally awesome, although, right now she's doing a crossover with Venus Envy.

Between the lines: http://betweenthelines.sosdg.org/archive.html

I put this one here even though it's been a year since the last big submitting. They tend to do things in packs, meaning it';s quiet for a while, then wham, they hit you with five or ten pages. Good story, if a bit dark.

Rooster tails: http://www.roostertailscomic.com/

This is many one shot comics, mostly about Trans-life in New Zealand. It features a F2M character, or two I think. Some good comics and worth a read or two

these are the ones that I know that have updated somewhat recently, does anyone else have any? Other then the one by Great Sage http://wishful-thinking2.smackjeeves.com/ which I have read and loved by the way. I'd love to see what everyone else has, mostly because you can never read too many webcomics.

Thanks for the mention, I am pleased that you are enjoying what The WT team are doing.

very much so. You got me waiting patiently for the next update. Can't wait to see how it all works out.

Me Too

Michelous is the Overall Plot-meister, I just do the individual episodes, I know roughly what the first 4 chapters are about and I know that we plan for about 15, I seem to recall that Hilarious misadventures and Hi-jinks shall ensue. :). The next few updates ought to have silly humour and a bit of drama as poor Riley tries to get her pretty head around being suddenly the opposite sex.

The nature of Monkey is - Irrepressible!!!

a couple of comics

EGS! el goonish shive ( http://www.egscomics.com/ )

the drawings improve quite alot since the beginning in 2002. It doesn't have actual transgendered characters (though it does have one gay boy and two lesbians), it hasd a lot a gender bending stuff in it. One of the main characters has the power to turn into a girl. all kinds of girls actually with different personalities. one form even has superpowers. The problem is that he can't get any non-girl spells unless he starts to like the girl stuff (he does have one non-girl form, but the transformation hurts like hell apparantly).

It's mainly comedy with some serious subjects here and there. The plot isn't just random either. A great story that's worth your reading time.

The wotch:

I haven't read that one in a long time, but the main character can change people's sex, it also has a spin off story 'cheer' about 4 cheerleaders who used to be asshole jocks before she turned them. They aren't aware of their previous life though.
__
transgirldiaries:

the original story started as a written story (also quite good!), which she continued in comic form. It has ended already, but that's a good thing. the humor used in it was getting a bit extreme (and dark, imho) towards the end.
__

there are a few others which started out good but god abandoned...

there are also a couple of great manga tg stories like 'After school nightmare'
and 'Familiy compo' (both really great, though F.C. doesn't really use correct terms, it's still a beautifull and funny story with a more realistic drawing style (japanese manga isn't known for their correct use of terms, but if you can get over that, these two stories are great). there is also a really nice manga/manwa about intersexuality called 'I.S.' I think. also most manga's are read from right to left, unless they mirrored the scans.

about El goonish shive and I've followed that one off and on for about a year or two.

Never got into the Wotch and I agree about Transgirldiaries getting dark and the art was kind of not what I like, but I can't draw a straight line so who am I to complain?

I recall two, one was Grey matters. http://greymatters.comicgenesis.com/

and http://www.jadegordon.com/leanonme/ Lean on me. Both seemed to just grid to a halt and died, like a few others.

Quillian and Sam Valentine

The two transgender comics I wrote are both at the link to Quillian in the header here. Quillian is a complete short graphic novel but Sam is stalled out due to the artist not having time to work on it.

And I loved the heck out of

And I loved the heck out of Quillian, that was a great story. As for Sam, I still look over there every now and them to see if it moving.

Loved the art work in both of those by the way

yawn

None of these do anything for me. I do however, get off on swapping Betty and Veronica's head to Archie and Reggie's body in the Archie comics.

I am soooooo weird!

You sure?

Take a look at Sam Valentine. I think that's up more up your alley. We do hope to get back to Sam eventually.

Hot dog!

Yep! Oh yeah! Yummy! Whew! Ah-oo-gah! Hokey smokes Bullwinkle!

Sam is this tomboy-girl's type of woman! Damn -- I want a date with her -- both of us totally butched out

You have gotten my mind back in the groove (with my fingers following thereafter .. to my keyboard {naughty -- what did you think I was going to say})to get back to work on Cindy masters.

Thanks!

There's also SailorSun -

Bay, the main character, was originally Brad. There's been a number of gender changes, body swaps, and even time travel.

I'll get a life when it's proven and substantiated to be better than what I'm currently experiencing.

Thank you Raff....

...for letting me know about the strip "The Princess". Whoever draws that has won another fan. Would that I could have been Sarah, the little transgirl protagonist.

Now let's get back to work on the next installment of Through The Years, shall we?....=)
