Hey.

Puddintane PM'd me a couple of hours ago, and suggested that I organize my blogs since it was starting to become a regular thing.

Which I just did. Thanks for the great idea, Puddin'!

That is a wonderful idea

Zoe Taylor's picture

I've been playing with the idea of posting more regularly to someplace like blogspot, but this is, I think, a much more elegant solution.

Granted, I've gotten to a point now where I have nothing interesting to say either, as every waking moment that I have that I care to spend typing is devoted to fiction, but should I start up again, I'll try this before going off-site for sure. :-D

Oh, hey, I love your latest pic choice too!

Wow, it really does catalog the cr** efficiently -- Grin --

Your blogs are interesting and entertaining.

I would not call your posts here crap, hardly. And being from Milwaukee County and a, um, *contributor* to Milorganite, I understand that the stuff that hits the fan *fetilizes* the beautiful blooms of summer.

Thus your blogspots are fuel for your fiction.

Somehow that didn't come out right ....

Your blogs are delightful

That is a great idea, Puddin'!

Bobbie, as an astute manager, you know how to use your peons' ideas to your best advantage. ;-)

Your blogs are delightful, as are the graphics you choose to accompany them.

{I leave a trail of Kudos as I browse the site. Be careful where you step!}

I'm glad to see some stuff is missing from your blog

Namely, the "Passing Angst" going to work full-time seems to cause. I was nervous of course at my first job but that tapered off pretty quickly after a month though. I must have had some rough edges though because an engineer I worked with I think sort of twigged though I never admitted it nor did he ever openly accused me of it.

That became a non-issue soon enough though as I was laid off after a year working at my new job as the defense contractor I worked for lost the contract and the plant I worked at had to close down. *sigh*.

Nice idea!

Don't for one minute think that your blogs are carp or this (yes, those are anagrams!) - they serve as an interesting record of your thoughts, feelings and experiences as you tentatively navigate your way through the corporate jungle. And from what I've gathered, despite your understandable nervousness, you seem to be fitting in well, and have a great bunch of colleagues to lead. Even the one significant negative experience you had, with that idiot criticising you for "non-standard" specs, turned into a positive with not only your team backing you and pointing out there is no current standard, but you boss saying that if you fully document your work, then the specs you've devised could become the standard!

Well done :)
