To those of you waiting for more chapters on these two stories, never fear, they will show up. A bout with a mild form of pneumonia and other RL problems have gotten in the way of my writing recently is all. Plus, my muse decided to take a sharp left turn and play with something completely different from those two stories.

Once I stop falling asleep at the keyboard, I'll get more done on Maiden and Wings.

Be well, all of you. Later.

There You Are!

I was wondering where you'd wandered off to. Having had a run in with walking pneumonia myself, I can sympathize with you, though I don't think I've ever heard of typing pneumonia.

Like you, I've managed to become side tracked from what I should be writing as a new character seems to have made a sudden and unexpected appearance. So I've decide to give that poor sod a chance to see if he, or she, has the write stuff.

Get well, and get writing, Kid.

Pneumonia is never MILD

My sister had a mild case in one lung a few years back, they guessed wrong on the antibiotic to kill the bug, sent her home and it soon became life threatening double pneumonia.

With her asthma it nearly killed her in her early fourties and this was in summer so it can happen anytime of year. It took a weeks stay in hospital before she could recover at home. Scared the shit out of us and it may lead to her dying early, in her sixties her doctor warns, from obstructive lung disease(?), we hope not but ...

GET WELL.

Hi Maggie, The issue is not

Hi Maggie,
The issue is not how you have to worry about all of us missing a story chapter or two, rather it is that YOU focus on your health and get well. That is the most important thing for you and us to be concerned about. May you get LOTS of warm feelings from all your fans and readers to wrap around you and that will help you to get well. Hugs to you, Janice Lynn

Feel better

I've had pneumonia twice. It's never a trivial thing, especially if you have asthma as I do. There is now a vaccine that covers the most common bugs that cause pneumonia. It's not very expensive and good insurance since you have proven to be susceptible.

Maiden

Hi Maggie,
I will look forward to reading the new chapters of Maiden, It really grips my imagination for some reason!

We'll be here

When you feel better, and not before... we'll be here. I know from experience that the creative bug submits readily to the sick bug. Read some, sleep some, and relax.
