Okay, Christmas is just around the corner, and I am still designing the official Contest page. My medical condition has worsened and money is very tight. I am currently offering $400 in prizes as of the moment. It may increase depending on what I can do between now and the end of submissions.

Here are the basics to get you started:

The story has to revolve around the use of the "Three Wise Men" of Christmas. They have also been known as the 3 Kings of the Orient. You can also use them as 3 separately occurring encounters with them. They must demonstrate exceptional wisdom.

Twists upon this theme are allowed if the author can handle it ( such as parodies and twilight zone type encounters ). I only ask this doesn't go into any gruesomeness or macabre ( it is, after all, Christmas ).

Most importantly: The main (or secondary character if the author writes it from the viewpoint of a non-tglib character) has to be Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transsexual, or Intersexed.

The stories have to be brand new, never posted nor published anywhere before. Serials are allowed and characters from existing serials can be used ( ie: a chapter of a continuing serial can be used as an entry ).

The prizes as of the moment are: 4 x $100 prizes. This may possibly go up in the course of time.
 
 
I do apologize for the Halloween Contest snafu. If something happens, I will extend the deadlines. I have always been flexible on entries. I had a medical emergency and I am not in great shape :(

The entry submission dates will be November 11, 2013 at 12:00 am Pacific time - December 15, 2013 as 10 pm Pacific time.

Voting: from December 16 - 23rd ending at 10pm Pacific time December 23, 2013.

The winner's announcement will be on December 24, 2013.

The official contest page will be up on Monday.
 
 
ps. I am really, really, hoping that Erin will have a voting module up for this one! Hand counting so many votes is time consuming :o
