Since Erin pointed out one, I thought I'd mention two of my favorite web comics that include TG elements.

El Goonish Shive at http://www.elgoonishshive.com has several TG story lines, including an up comming party where most of the characters are going to get changed to the opposit gender.

The Wotch (yes, that IS how it's spelled) at www.thewotch.com has several male characters turning into girls regularly, including one (male) teacher who got turned into a japanese schoolgirl, complete with sailor fuku and has been stuck that way ever since.

I've been enjoying these comics for a while, and I thought I'd share them with the group here for anyone who was interested. Note: The erotic content of these strips is minimal, so don't go there expecting anything past a PG raiting.
