That's odd. It's possible there's a caching issue at work. Try hitting Ctrl+f5 when you're on the page. If that doesn't work. Clearing the cache might work.

Failing those solutions, could you tell me what browser (Firefox, chrome, Internet explorer, safari, etc.) and operating system(windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS, etc) you're using? I'll try and reproduce the issue either tonight and tomorrow morning.

Still no joy
Computer stats: Macbook, High Sierra 10.13.6, Safari 11.1.2
There does seem to be a scrolling issue.
There does seem to be a scrolling issue, but it's a Safari only problem. I can't even reproduce it on Chrome which is odd because they both use the same rendering engine. I'm attempting to troubleshoot the issue now.

Fixed :)
I've applied a fix and it's working now on my end. I can't for the life of me figure out why it seemed to be an issue in the first place, but a quick google search suggests that it's a issue with Safari itself and not my site.

The problem is with
me and not your site. Since my stroke My eyesight has gone south. Even with reading glasses I have trouble with fine detail. Here and other places I enlarge the text to try to compensate.
