This almost seems like part of a story here on BCTS. If you've ever thought about doing a ballerina story, this is a must-read.

I saw that too.

That was a very good story. He considers himself as gender fluid and has done a lot to achieve his dream!

Alas

This blog gave me the idea for a story. Not a great one but a mildly amusing one anyway. Unfortunately I realised that I had seen the basic concept in another story on this site. I found the story, posted many years ago, and I was right. While the setting was completely different the concept was the same including the difficulties in getting it right. What was even more discouraging was that that story was better than the one I had planned to write.
Well, you can't get it right all the time but I can't help feeling like shouting out

D--n you Bru!

(or should it be d--n me?).

But theriouthly folks, What he is doing takes a tremendous lot of work. Just learning ballet at a professional level isn't exactly easy. To overcome the handicap of having basically the wrong body on top of that...
Learning pointe is a pain (often quite literally). However, when you get that first perfect piroutte en pointe it's a glorious feeling that really corresponds with the wanted visual effect, i.e just floating.
