I have been trying to use the search ('category browser') but it always comes up with sorry no results match your search or something like that.
does the search work at all ?

It works fine
But if you choose ALL and click a lot of categories, it's not going to find anything, most likely. Try using ANY instead of ALL which is the default.

Category Browser vs Search
I've had the same problem if I try to use the "Search" button at top right of screen. The problem is that it's looking for particular words in a story, so unless you enter a specific word in hte box, it will return the Not Found response.
If instead you click on the "Category Browser" in the right bar, it works fine.
