We left off with the girls getting ready for their Trip.

And now the story resumes.........

Two days later the girls went back, to Jen the Leather Worker to get their gear for their trip. Jen saw them and waved to them.

“Hello Princess and Toni,” said Jen.

Both girls said at once, “Hello Jen, how are you doing today?”

Jen told the girls, “I am doing great. How are you two girls doing?”

Kelly told Jen, “I am doing great; I just hope this trip will turn out like I hope it will."

Toni second that, then told Kelly, “It will, I know it will I feel it in my heart.”

“Right, well girls I have your gear all ready for you. Bluish black for Toni, and white for Princess Kelly.” Jen told the girls as she set them down in front of the girls.

Kelly told Jen, “Just call me Kelly please. I maybe royalty, but I have not earn the title of Princess yet.”

Jen hugged Kelly and told her, “You are a Princess and don’t you forget it, OK? Your Journey will come to pass and all will be right.”

“Yes it will come to pass just you wait and see Kelly,” Toni told her best friend.

“Ok I’ll stop harping on it. Jen what’s up with that black outfit sitting there?”

“Well I don’t talk about other customer buy, but I will tell you about this one. This woman came up and asked for one, she said she was going hunting next week,” Jen told the girls.

Toni asked Jen, “She wanted all black? I always thought camouflage was the best look to use when hunting.”

“Yes it is that is why it’s strange to ask for black. I have a bad vibe, just be careful on your trip you two,” Jen responded to them.

Both girls said, “We will.”

Kelly then told Jen, “I will tell mom about this strangeness, might be nothing might be something, I don’t know for sure. Time will tell.”

Both girls left with their gear and headed back to the palace. Then the strange women from earlier came back and asked, “Is my gear ready for my hunting trip?”

Jen told her, “Yes it is, here you go, that will be………….” Then the women tossed down a pouch of money.

“That should cover the cost of my gear, keep the change,” Said the women and then she was gone.

Once the girls were back at the place, they went to see the queen. Kelly told her mom, “Mom we might have a problem.

Mary look at both girls, then asked, “What does mean there might be a problem, Kelly?”

“We went to get our gear. We were talking to Jen, Toni and I asked her. What was up with an all black outfit that was on a hanger. Jen told us, though against polices to talk about what other customers buy. She did tell us that a strange woman came up and asked her for one. She said she was going hunting next week.”

Mary thought for a few moments. Then told girls, “This is indeed strange, most hunters get camouflage look for when hunting. I’ll send Rose to check it out.”

No longer when Mary said that, Rose came in and said, “What do you want me to check out your Majesty?”

Mary told Rose what Kelly had told her, “I’ll go check out right now, but let’s keep the prep going. So we do not sound a false alarm.”

Mary told Rose, “Indeed my old friend, thank you again Rose for checking this out. I don’t like were this is going.”

“Nor I Mary, I shall return with a report,” Then Rose was gone.

“Kelly, Toni come with me. You both maybe are wondering how you’re going to get there?”

“I been wondering, Mom,” said Kelly.

“Same here, Aunt Mary,” replied Toni.

They walked to a less used part of the castle, then though a hidden door. Both girls gasped when they saw a land vehicle. Mary smiled and told the girls. “This is how you will get to the Maiden of the Earth. Though for the last 50 clicks you will need to walk it. No machine can enter the shrine, it’s about 50 click circle around the center shrine. So don’t wear spike heel out there,” Giggling as she said the last part.

Both girls look at each other and shook their head and said, “Gee what do you think we are air heads?”

Kelly told her mom, “We pick out boots with a nice chunky heel for easy walking. Only 2 cm high heels.”

Putting her hands up in her defense, “Now did I say that? No so don’t get so upset with me you little missies. Anyways, you will be taking this. As you know we didn’t relearn flying technology, but we did land technology. The reason why we don’t use it much is our lives are much simpler these days.”

With that said all three women left the hanger, not known to them, but a bike had just been taking out of there. It was replaced with a bike that is just like the one took, but doesn’t have the technology for traveling fast.

Rose had return and told the ladies what she had learned. “Well I recommend too go on with the mission, but girls, watch your back. Something is not right. I think Council Women Cassie is behind this, but I cannot prove it at this time. Also, the one she has working for her has no identity. I hate not knowing what the hell is going on. Sorry for not knowing more.”

“Rose its ok just keeps your elite’s out and have them on the lookout. I don’t want anything bad to happen to Kelly or Toni; I love them too much for anything bad to happen to them,” Mary told them.

Jane walked up and asked, “Why are you all looking a bit down?”

Rose explained everything to Jane. Jane was shocked, “Damn that bitch.”

“Jane, WATCH your mouth, there are children here!” Mary exclaimed at Jane.

“Sorry Mary, but she is really getting under my skin. If I could I take her out now, but we need more proof,” Jane said sort of defeated.

“Don’t worries Aunt Jane, Toni and I will stop what ever get tossed our way. Right Toni we can stop anything?”

“Dang straight Kelly, we are unstoppable together,” Toni said with conviction in her voice.

Then they all went to clean up and go to bed, because they were leaving in the morning.

Else were in the city prep was under way, “Have everything you need now Ki?” Carrie asked her puppet.

“Yes I do Mistress, when they set out I will be right behind them,” Ki told her mistress.
