I went to the doctor for a follow up on my elbow and it seems it is not healing properly so it looks like a visit to th O R to put some screws in to hold it in place. I have more nuts & bolts in me than they have at
Home Depot. Think about this 100 years from now someone with a metal detector going over my burial sight is going to think they hit the jackpot or gold pot at the end of the rainbow because of all the steel & titanium I have in me

This storm is coming on shore at Cedar Key with is only about 20 miles away from my house . The good thing is at the center the rain and winds are light, we had are rain on Sunday 12 plus inches .This is a dry (wet) run for a hurricane and hopefully this is as bad as it get this year. I have lived here 6 years and this is the first tropical type storm we have had not to bad . Stay dry HUGS EVERYBODY -- RICHIE

Well they are telling us after days of saying the storm was going west that now it might come east , in any case we are having very heavy rain (even for Florida standards)since this morning about 6" and the rain will be here for the next 24 to 48 hours.

Finally after 9 weeks the cast has come off my right arm .The good thing is it was a good diet plan as I could not get a spoon or fork to my mouth & I learned how to shave with my left hand.Now I am off to take a nice long shower and get all the dead skin off the arm & get it wet for the first time in over 2 months

Well things where going to smooth , Yesterday my left leg just gave out from under me and I fell hitting my head and breaking my right elbow.This is the third break in 2 years I wonder if my bones are becoming brittle it's something I am going to look into after I get the cast off. The doctor said we will tke it week by week as far as the cast goes.

Sometimes it works out for the good . My Garage door took an electrical surge and not knowing who to call I called the original installer, they found a circuit board was fried and said it was under warranty a week later (TODAY)they came to install new parts and pulled a NEW motor from the box all for $20.00 labor charge and 65.00 service call WOO-HOO.That made my dayand the door now goes up & down without me pulling it.I just neede to share this with my BCTS friends ---HUGS RICHIE2
I was reading my AARP newspaper (organization for retired people)and found a article about the opening of a LGBT center in NYC that will help with the following, Caregiving-Financial Planning-Employment Assistance-accessing Healthcare and for those that have HIV. The center will serve about 300 people, now if other cities would do the same thing what a beautiful world it would be.
To all you wonderful AUTHORS first THANK YOU for taking the time to write and post these GREAT stories. I have a small request - can you please put TBC or FINIS-THE END or let us know the story has ended sometimes you can't tell because you leave it open for a sequel.Karen Bishop has got me spoiled with putting down 1 of ? how ever many chapters the story has . I watch to show on the Transgender children they had a 6-8-11 year old little TGIRLS the 6 YO is soooo cute OMG so cute . The 8 YO told mom she wanted to be a witch for holloween and mom said boys are not witches on the way home she had a tamtrum in the car and on arriving home bolted out of the car into traffic trying to kill herself OMG. The 11 YO started to go into male puberty and is now on blockers, out of all of them the 11 YO was a tomboy and I think is still finding hershelf as far as being a girl.

Well here goes round 3 in the operating room in 4 1/2 months the left foot the same 1 as was worked on in June is going to be broken and fixed again. 4 more weeks wearing a compression boot up to my knee and pins in my toes. I am getting so I feel addicted to anesthesia so Thursday morning before the sun comes up and I will be back to sleep and home by 11 AM
Well I had a new hip put in on the right side to match the left side and all is doing well even better than well . I am sore but I have my pain meds . I will tell you the doctor that works for the hospital really pissed me off and when I ashed to leave him would not discharge me , but if you ruffle enough faethers they want you out before you call the lawyers. So I am home and doing well THANKS EVERYBODY--RICHIE2
Not to make this sound like a bunch of out farts but I am having surgery agin this wednesday 8/3 having my right hip replaced so it will match the left hip the good point about this is if I die in the woods they will know who I am by the serial numbers the bad aprt is it is bad news a the airport I set off so many bells you would think I hit the JACKPOT in Vegas and then a trip to the little room for a strip search WHAT FUN when they find my panties --- see you all the beginning of neaxt week as I am coming home from the hospital THANKS to everybody for being my friends -- LOVE YOU ALL -- RICH

Today my wife and I are celebrating our 38 th year together . We where married after only 5 months of knowing each other and everybody though she was pregnant but 3 1/2 years past before our first son was born WHO HAS JUST PASSED HIS CPA EXAMS . Our son passed his 4th and final part of his testing for CPA this is a 4 part test that needs to be completed in 18 months or you need to start all over again. ( he had 10 days left till the deadline )I can not ell you how PROUD we are of him LOVE YOU ALL RICHIE and my wife TRISSA

Well the major pain hit about 1AM like a blow torch across my toes,GOD BLESS my WIFE who got up and got the pain meds and ice . I went to the doctor this morning and he numbed the foot (wonderful)now later it should not be so bad.I now have pins in toes 3,4,& 5 the big toe is fused straight with screws and the pinkie toe #5 had the bone chipped out so the toe could be moved over. I feel OK now I have a month to heal and I CAN'T TAKE A BATH all this time gross. THANKS FOR THE KIND WORDS---HUGS & KISSES RICHIE2
Well I had what I thought was going to be minor foot surgery , but it turned out to be a 2 hour marathon I didn't know a thing I was out cold it is now 8:30 PM and the foot is just waking up should be a painful night(that is what pain meds are for)So goodnight everybody and thanks for being part of this wonderful BCTS family---HUGS & KISSES RICHIE2
