Today I did the next small step:
I had a meeting with my manager at work to plan my transition at work.
He will inform my colleagues at a department meeting at the end of October and I will drop my "Martin disguise" a few days later :D

I remember well planing out what I was needing to do back in 2000 to accomplish the sane thing, of dropping the " Mike " disguise. My first letter to my supervisor written as a joke was, Dear Ed I am a girl. Love and kisses Michele. Needless to say he never saw that one.
