It’s been a long week, and it’s only Monday. Today was memorable. I had to see my primary care physician, and my cardiologist. They both had good news for me.
`

the cardiologist tells me my heart valve leakage is harder to hear, maybe meaning it’s gotten better (or his hearing’s gotten worse??).
`
The other really big news for me came from my regular doctor.
`
I’ve been on Spironlactone for almost a year now. It’s really making a BIG difference for me. My testosterone has dropped to 7.7 on a scale that “normal” runs from 35 — 155. Yeah Me!!
`
It’s really been apparent to me. I don’t get as angry, nor do I get angry as easily. It also means I’ve got to work harder to lose weight. I really don’t mind. I’ve already lost 25 pounds in the last two months, and if working harder to lose the weight is the cost for getting rid of testosterone, that’s a price I’ll pay gladly.
`
So, I really, REALLY had a good day; even if it was with the doctors. Wow! It's just another indication that I truly am on my way!!
`
Love, Hugs, and Blessings,
`
Beth

Comdex

Michelle,

Actually I do have a progress report. The next chapter (Comdex: There’s Nothing Fair about Life) is in final editing, the chapter after is well underway, and the final two chapters are a bit more (or still mostly less) than "storyboarded."

So There!

Beth

(still giggling from the way the day went)

One can only hope, aye?
