Not so fast, Batman! Okay, not Batman... I'm not a caped crusader, nor am I a man even...

Just a quick update... I'll be staying on-line the next few days after all. My surgery's been postponed indefinitely. But, otherwise the transition's happening as scheduled. Didn't want my dozen or so readers to be wishing me well for surgery that's not happening. (Well wishes are still appreciated as the docs poke and prod looking for something else though.)

P.S. Apparently some folks - on reading this - jumped to the conclusion that I was postponing my FFS to please someone. Nothing could be further from the fact. I was quite devastated when my GP told me she couldn't clear me for surgery due to issues in my blood. Later in the week (after a boat load of tests - blood and CAT SCAN), she told me that she believed the problem was addressable and that it was in fact a postponement, not a cancellation. I'll find out more Monday morning when I visit my Hematologist. *sighs*
