While I realize that the size of the penis is important to some men, I know men who are men that don't really care. Yet, they seem to have a very good relationship with their spouses. It appears that in a lot of stories, tg as well as mainstream stories where sex is mentioned, men in these stories don't seem to function well if they're penis isn't long, thick and throbbing. I don't know what it is with this because I have never had to live this way until my teen years and even then I didn't act like the boy they wanted me to. But this is all water under the bridge right now.

In the story The Protest by bamajoe, Ronnie has difficulty adjusting to being a girl, and protests this to his sister and parents everyday. Ronnie's mother and sister seem to be making it out that since the protest was his idea in the first place, he should lead by example. While that is true, and his dad even feels he should finish what he started, the masquerade has really gone far enough. Or is it a masquerade at all at this point?

Ronnie has had faux breasts attached to his chest, his penis is hidden between the glued together sac, giving him a female looking groin, and the testes are pushed up in to the cavity. If he were to wear tight pants, all anyone would see would be the indent of a vagina. Been there done that, even when I was forced to act like a boy. Of course I am not a very good actress so acting like a boy was very unsuccessful.

Now summer vacation is here and Ronnie is still Roxanne. Not to mention that Ronnie's mother has been talking to Robert from the photo Studio, who by now knows that Roxanne is really Ronnie.

So uhm for the men who comment on these stories. I know you like your thing between your legs, but let's be fair here. After 7 months in female clothes, forced to portray a female even at school, winning the beauty pageant, and being asked to the prom (I would have said yes) has to play against his male thinking and make him wonder about why he thinks his hair or makeup should be this way or that. Now that Ronnie still has to be Roxanne for a bit longer, this is going to play more in to Roxanne thinking this is the way things should be. But I do agree with one point though. Roxanne should be allowed to be back in boy clothes that fit her, so she can see that the skirts and dresses she has been wearing are better on her skin and feel much better when she moves, because female clothes are lighter.

Now guys, don't take this the wrong way, but I am baffled why some men have to think that it is the size and functionality of their penis that makes them a man. Even though the penis is a tell tale sign to anybody that a person is a male, what exactly again does that have to do with being a man?

I am willing to bet the way this story ended that Roxanne has won the modeling contract, and that is why Robert and Ronnie's mom are talking to each other. I am also willing to bet that it was Robert who suggested the plastic surgeon, and will probably pay for at least the breast augmentaton if not the entire srs.

Something else the people on this site seem to be unaware of or have forgotten. A minor child, even one at 16 years of age is never consulted about anything. Nor do the minor's parents need his or her permission. Even in this day and age of teens divorcing their parents, and there are more rights for teens, they still are not legally able to consent to anything suggested for them. Yes, they could run away, and be gone til they are 18, but who does it harm?

Had I been a thinking young man, and my parents decided this was in my best interest, I would not be able to say no, because I am not legally of age. Ronnie wants to return to being a boy, his sister and his mother want him to remain as Roxanne for a bit longer. His dad has been ignored by his mother and sister, and now another party has entered in to the equation; Robert from the photo studio.

This is going to get a lot better, because all this time in skirts has had to work on his mental faculties. Write him in as going back to boy clothes, because I can guarantee you, the roughness will send him right back to skirts and girl's jeans. Of course a man who doesn't have the female way of thinking wouldn't know this unless he has lived himself for a long time in skirts and dresses.

I mean, I am not cutting anyone down, it is just that I don't understand why the male phallus is such a big deal.

Love & hugs,
Barbara

The Protest

As a man, I never saw my gonads as anything special. I saw myself as a guy, not as some macho hunk like Hercules or the Terminator. To me, a man or woman is not dependent upon their plumbing, but on who they are.

As I understand it, the male

As I understand it, the male phallus is not that big a deal, only about 4-6 inches on average. However, porn stars and soft porn books always portray the male lead as hung like a horse, and it has become the male ideal over time to act like it is so or to be perceived as being so. Why? Well, they can't be girls, can they, and they are a bit jealous of women and a bit fearful of the bleeding that doesn't come from a wound. The mystery freaks most of them out to some degree or the other, and the fragile ego needs support, so they pretend or aspire to great sexual prowess.

As far as the kid in the story goes, his parents and the school should have already been seen to by the child welfare and legal system. The parents should have lost custody of the minor child, and there should be a great uproar over him being compelled to maintain the presentation, not to mention the actions of the "school board" in the changes in his classes. Also, with as much supposed opposition to the uniforms as described, the school should be very worried about its funds and even continued existence since it is a private school and therefore receiving no outside funds. At the least, the board of directors or whatever should be shaking in their boots since they could be held accountable as part of the $5 million suit. There are a lot of private schools, and I don't think this one is very good from what has been written about it in the story so far. As a plot device to push the kid into feminization, it may be a bit weak.

According to the story, the glue used for the forms and the faux vulva would be breaking down the skin if left there for the time indicated by the story. There should at least be weekly release and "airing" of the skin for several days to a week. Long term gluing without a break would put the kid's health at risk at the least, if not his reproductive future by having his testes pushed inside where they would not be exposed to the cooling air, which is necessary for fertility. Not to mention, he could be suffering considerably from the lack of being able to "expand" for a morning woody or "piss hard on", something that is normal for most pubescent boys and younger men at least, unless they have low testosterone or have other birth or hormonal abnormalities.

IIRC, the kid has had his 16th birthday, and so should be able to put his foot down over whatever the mother and "Robert" the photographer are plotting about modeling, if he wants to.

As far as mental changes, I had a couple of classmates that entered the Marines right out of highschool, and they did have some mental changes as a result of the discipline of the Corps. When they came home on leave, they did such incomprehensible things like keep their rooms clean and make their beds, keep themselves looking "sharp" even in civvies, and use some table manners. How long term these changes would have been were curtailed by their several deployments to Vietnam, and they now reside in the cemetery, so who knows. I do know ex-marines who sorta got over all that discipline, but still wear their hair short and insist their boys do so as well. But then they are sorta nuts.......

So there are several departures from accepted reality in the plot. But then, that is the author's perogative, since the story is from his imagination.

Newborns vs Me

I don't know why large and throbbing is important in stories, maybe its a compensation for how they really are or maybe not.

I have always been small in the genitalia department. I truly believe a newborn male baby is better in size than me.

Maybe that is why I took to being such a prissy girl, I had nothing to offer a woman and besides women make me nervous (I'm afraid of them as a sexual being). They are OK as friends but I'm not to keen in having intimacy with them.

I enjoy my femininity, I dont have a bulge in my panties and am not jealous of those who have a large package.

I'm a woman, and as soon as I have all of the finances i will have that small piece of genitalia inverted so I can have full piece of mind.

...Despite the recent (past two years) recovery of memories that remind me who I was...I wanted to be a girl at six and I'm longing somewhat toward that at sixty. Well, (irrespective of size, which I never quite took note of), I'm quite certain that despite my current gender issues, my son is awfully glad I had the right anatomy way back when; and I suppose in a big way, I am too. I don't feel the need to despise my life history, regardless of what I would like to see happen now. It's part and parcel of the person I am. Just one girl's opinion.

' that some men even think that the vehicle they drive is an extension of their dick, they have such
a fixation about this part of their anatomy. They should remember what it's primary purpose is,to
empty the bladder! But I agree with Carol that the glueing is very dangerous for a young growing male
and he would be in deep trouble if he had an erection. It is something that can be done, but only on a
short term basis, unless he was on anti androgens which would stop erections.

Size doesn't matter

Not because of preconceptions of it's import but simply because the story never focuses on Ronnie's plumbing. His girlfriend seems to disappear after her initial introduction so he never seems to have the hormonal need to aspire after her and Ronnie himself doesn't seem to attach much importance to his genitals as his primary symbol of maleness (which is not a bad thing).

As to the roughness of men's clothes versus women's a lot depends on the the tactile sensation and most women's skin (and males who have taken hormones) is usually softer and more attuned to such differences. As there is no indication that Ronnie has taken any (or secretly been fed them) the difference in sensation may not be any stronger than for most men or boys (including myself in the years before taking hormones). Not that the silk and lace aren't softer but the common cotton or knit contents of men's clothes are not necessarily 'rough.' In fact I have found lace in the wrong places to be as rough if not rougher on the skin than many men's garments. I never wore jeans as a male and don't as a female because I found them 'rough' in both cases while quality menswear can be as soft and comfortable these days as women's wear. That Ronnie will run back to female clothes simply because they are softer is not true but simply a projection of the blogger's desire and experience. There are lots of women's clothes I will not wear because they are uncomfortable or rough but I still have some men's clothes that I've kept because they are just as soft and comfortable as any of the women's clothing that fills my closet.

The problem is more with fit than feel for Ronnie due to the corset that has altered his waist. However, a small waist is not uncommon in men and unless the degree of corsetry was extreme a boy with normal hips and ass may have to hitch in his belt a few notches but oversize shirts will disguise that for the most part.

Now psychologically Ronnie may have a more difficult time adjusting back but then so do soldiers who come back from combat or prisoners to life on the outside. Simply because it's difficult doesn't mean it's not done every day and Ronnie seems to have a good 'sense of self.' If you write a strong character it's not hard to envisage him returning to a normal male life unless he really prefers to remain female and Ronnie hasn't shown any real evidence of that. It's the people around him that prefer he remain female. I follow the progression of the character as written and have no problem with characters that go either way as long as they are consistent.

As to Ronnie being a minor - any ethical doctor would not do body-altering cosmetic surgery on a minor simply on his parents say-so. In fact as most transexuals know even hormones before 18 are hard to get prescribed except for blockers. While a minor may not be able to make such changes without parental consent any doctor worth his medical degree would not perform such surgery at the behest of the parents either.

Regardless,

... the story is a fun bit of fantasy. Ronnie's world is in a different universe. Let's just see how things transpire.
