is BC/TS on this map???

(use the link to get something big enough to see.)

This is some kind of political correctness thing, right? Big Closet has got to be bigger than Reddit, I mean, come on!

Huh?

I think big closet is where we choose it to be. Erin is certainly not a control freak. Once in a while someone says that this is too nice a site for explicit sex, but I do not know of any such rule. Hmmmm, maybe I'll just jot down a quick tale with BDSM, FM SEX, GAY SEX, T SEX, T Rex SEX and a couple of pics of farm animals doing it.

GASP! Perhaps that would be too far!!!

Smirk.

Zombie sex. You forgot zombie sex. The unread undead.

What, no spanking :(

Oh, gad, I forgot spanking too, but perhaps it could come under BDSM?

LOL

Not the undead. Bits drop off, and they might be the bits you need. Very apt with Unity just beneath this post

"...T-Rex Sex..."

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah!

How do you get the text upside down?

My guess

laika's picture

due to their lack of uniformity, would be some of the normal letters and numerals are used for their resemblance to others when upside down, for example q for b, and others come from one heck of a INSERT SYMBOLS selection, some being cyrillic or vietnamese letters, while others are from that phonetical pronounciation thing like you see in dictionaries. "Schwas" and what have you. And the question marks come from Spanish...

Gees, Liaka, that would be a lot of work.

I do wish I could get it to do capitals and to do 'g's and 'j's right, but it can change fonts if you write the html for it.

I don't really know how to do it.

Where's BC

First star to the left and straight on until morning, where it's always been.

Curse you! :)

It's a good job I live alone - anyone else would wonder why I was looking at the screen with my head turned upside down just then... :)
At least there wasn't enough inverse text to get a serious crick in my neck. As to how it's done, there are numerous web apps which exploit symbols in Unicode which look similar to upside down letters to produce the effect.

So, where would BCTS be on the map? Judging by the size of the islands, it would probably be a very small island somewhere in the Forums archipelago. If you zoomed in even more, you may find Stardust and OtherWorlds. As for the others (FM, Sapphire, StorySite etc.) I've never visited long enough to get any kind of idea of traffic.

Meanwhile, I'm sad enough to play the biggest social networking game ever - although since only about 8 of my 100+ acquaintances (I really should get around to pruning my "friends" list sometime - I'm sure I could get rid of at least 50% without anyone noticing) play, I only spend a few minutes per day on it.

There are 10 kinds of people in the world - those who understand binary and those who don't...

As the right side of the brain controls the left side of the body, then only left-handers are in their right mind!

There's an easier way to read it, you know...

Nowadays, most video cards and even onboard video chipsets are able to turn the desktop not only upside-down, but sideways, at any moment. It's usually just a matter of right-clicking on the little icon near the Windows clock and select the option.

Most people forget that this feature exists, except occasionally to prank their friends. I happen to use it very often -- I have one of those tiltable monitors (it can turn 90 degrees to the side, converting from "landscape" to "portrait" mode), and it came with an utility to control the video board via hotkeys. It's great to read comic books and similar portrait-oriented stuff, and even for text editing.

Where?

Well, somewhere insignificant in the Forum archipelago right alongside the hobby forum I haunt and probably about the same size ie very tiny.

What I did enjoy was the electronic circuit drawing down below the map. Reminded me of a life I lead long ago when people were prepared to pay me for drawing things like that out of my head ... the fools :)

btw that inversion site doesn't work too well with inverted text and putting it right way up. I hold Jan S responsible for the hernia I got when I tried to turn my VDU upside down.

Robi

Why, It's Right There!

While it isn't specifically drawn in, I think it's quite clear especially from what I often see here in the blogs, that BC/TS must be somewhere between the "Bay of Drama" and the "Sea of Zero (0) Comments", very likely on one of those tiny islands off the coast of "Writing/Poetry" in the "Bay of Grammar Pendantry".
