Hi everyone,

Sorry for not posting any of my stories for the last few weeks. Both me and my husband Paul have been extremely busy. We are the Faculty Advisors for two of the local high schools’ 4H clubs. As a few of you already know Paul and I are the advisors for the Dressage teams. We have been out of town at the Mid Atlantic Reginal High School Dressage Competition. We’re extremely proud of how well the two teams preformed. Now that I’m home I’ll be back to my usual posting schedule. (hopefully)

You're a terrible person.

You're a terrible person. Actually putting real life ahead of pandering to the hordes of panting internet masses. Selfish, I tell you, selfish.

:)

I'll get a life when it's proven and substantiated to be better than what I'm currently experiencing.

Sarcasm mode (and seriously giggling right now)

I was thinking exactly the same thing. (Well, the thing that Bibliophage posted here when I replied. Who knows how they might change it to make it look like I am totally agreeing to something else.)

Wolf Jess, don't forget about Easter. That's part of real life too. I eagerly await your new story postings, whenever they eventually show up. Thank you.

What a chance to get someone

What a chance to get someone else to agree to how the subterranean mole people are genetically engineering a new strain to invade the sublevels of the gulf coast cities!

The invasion is set for

The invasion is set for Halloween, nobody expects it!

I'm told STFU more times in a day than most people get told in a lifetime

You tell them efindumb

If they believe that then they won't be ready for the 4th of July invasion. (July 1st in Canada.)

Wait! What do you mean Halloween?

I was at the meeting. That was not the date they gave me. Dang nabbit! I thought the invasion was supposed to happen on Nov 29th. you know Black Friday.

Too many crazy people out

Too many crazy people out that day, lots easier on Halloween

I'm told STFU more times in a day than most people get told in a lifetime

They will fail

Their plans are already known by their enemies - they have a mole in their organisation.
That doesn't really matter since their coup will be preempted by intelligent but exploited newts revolting and blowing up the entire coast in order to get new living areas.

There are nothing BUT moles

There are nothing BUT moles in that organization. They just want you to believe that fresh water newts want to be anywhere close to the ocean, to cut down on their competition.

This just in

The consortium of bearded dragons have formed an alliance with the desert tortoise collective to oppose the swampification of all lands

Have a good day and enjoy life.

As the old quote goes, "sh*t happens". Congrats on getting through the big event on the calendar - I am all too familiar with the stress that that can generate. Looking forward to hearing some more regarding both the Black Badges and the McGuires.

Oooh, that's right.

We are in the middle of enjoying A Thief's Problem for the very first time. Not to mention Racing Angels. Well, if I go into Wolf Jess withdrawal I can always reread Flight of the Claymore.

Horse stuff

is the bane of my existence. I'm involved in Dressage shows in NY and CT, so I'm aware of the challenges.
Just keep the ponies and riders happy; we'll wait for you...

Logistical nightmare...with

Logistical nightmare...with an emphasis on mare!

At least it's not health reasons, although it sounds like it could be ulcer inducing work.

I'm told STFU more times in a day than most people get told in a lifetime

No ulcers thank the Goddess

In truth efin, i find the work both gratifying and rewarding. It is a real pleasure working with these teenage boys and girls. They put their hearts into learning how to take care of their horses and tack. They have pushed me and hubby to go that extra mile. It doesn't even feel like work to us anymore. It has become a real labor of love and joy for us.
