After a few months of not publishing anything new and now settled, (almost) in my new palatial residence I have posted a new book on Kindle. This is a collection of 2 novellas and a short story entitled Pennies, Charcoal and Latex and is available now at the kindle EBook store the link to which is on this page, right hand side.
In the near future I will also be publishing volume five of Footprints in the Sea, probably late May or June and in the Autumn I will have Vol 5 of Vesta’s Hearth and if there’s still time, a second trilogy before Christmas.
Pennies, Charcoal and Latex has already had sample chapters posted on this site if you scroll down you will find them , look for Latex Lady, Searching for Pennies, Charcoal, cos-metics and Champagne
Below is a short introduction.

Pennies, Charcoal and Latex
, a trilogy of two novellas and one short story.

Three women leading separate lives but with two things in common. They are all either transgendered or intersexed and each is searching for something; Romance of course and Mr. Right. A cure for a guilt complex. Something to settle an uncertain psyche. The secret of the female orgasm.
Clare. A successful artist enjoys a secure life style thanks to her parents legacy and her hard work at a London Art College but she feels guilty over her success. Her large house near London’s fashionable Hampstead Heath and the gift that allows her to live a very comforta-ble life doing things that she enjoys; painting and buying expensive silk lingerie, weigh on her conscience. She tries to make amends by helping a pair of struggling artists whilst keeping her eyes open for just the right man to join and help her in her desire to share her good for-tune.

Julia. A post graduate student with a degree in Social Anthropology is employed in research into the historical impact of intersexed and transgendered men and woman throughout history and is particularly interested in the Palaeolithic period. Her research led her to watching a series of pornographic films and this unsettles her. She tries to calm herself down and goes to a ‘Tranny Friendly’ bar wearing a form fitting pink latex skirt and immediately meets some-body. Her unsettled psyche has more problems when her skirt refuses to break contact with a plastic bar stool cover and causes her to expose a little too much leg with a generous amount of stocking and the attached suspender. She draws attention to herself, particularly the atten-tion of her new companion and this further unsettles her, adds a touch of indignation and sig-nificant approval from the other people present which is hardly a way to regain her compo-sure.

Petra. Is a successful advertising and promotion executive who, though having had a suc-cessful gender correction operation is still uncertain about her inability to tell her close friends or to become involved in a romantic association with a man. A friend, Penny offers to assist her in a search for the source of the female orgasm, a search that leads Petra to explore Shep-herds Bush, Wormwood Scrubs, Notting Hill, The Royal Albert Hall and the Royal Opera House, often in the company of a handsome man. The handsome man is invited to Petra’s home for supper in the hope he will help Petra to find her ‘Holy Grail’ and regain her self-esteem.
