Hi all,

I must publicly thank Kimmie for an excellent job (so far - hint, hint dear - please carry on)

She has undertaken the task of wading through my scribbles again, and has agreed to point out any little errors that might have crept in - despite my many re-readings and the other proofreaders that have been employed.

Anyway, Kimmie pointed out that sometimes I refer to Trumpa (Julina's frayen) as a doe, but on occasion I refer to 'he' and 'him'.

Book 2 instances appear to be in #46, #54 and #62. So these will be updated soonest.

I also have a problem typing. I very frequently get my 'a's wrong - making, for instance, Milady into Milday. Or I want to write 'manage' but end up with 'mange'. Or similar. She (Kimmie) has found a few instances of these too.

Another 'favourite' of mine is to want to type 'from' but manage to end up with 'form'

Yes, there are found instances of that too.

One I found for myself recently was 'mutli' instead of 'multi'.

So, I was recently going through my backups to change the copyright dates of each episode and I found accidentally but to my absolute horror that I had (in #001) used minutes to describe passages of time. So that had to be updated too. And to my utter horror, I found that mistake repeated in 33, 35, 36 and 39

So those are about to be updated too.

I thank Kimmie right heartfeltedly for what she has and is doing - even if a tiny corner of my brain curses her.

So if any of you happen to be tracking the Julina tale, there shall be many updates in the next few days and weeks.

Thanks again Kimmie.

Joolz.

I recognise some of those typos

Angharad's picture

which I attribute to one hand been faster on the keys than the other, especially the form and manage, the latter is one of those that happens to me because of the repeating letters which my fingers are poised to type but get the sequence wrong.

Re: I recognise some of those typos

Typos such as Julia mentioned are common with me, most of the time, I spot them before I get more than a few words beyond whatever word I spelled incorrectly. One of the common typos I make is 'taht' instead of that. On longer words, I've been known to do it two or three times within the same word, such as turning brother into 'borhter'. It's a good thing I watch what I type, it slows me down but I catch a lot.

Angharad is correct, it often happens with me because my fingers get mixed up and hit the letters at the wrong time. I'm used to it by now.
