A couple of years before I joined this site I made my first - and so far my only - attempt at cross-dressing for a Halloween do. It was a wicked witch of the west thing, and it went down pretty well. The only problem I had was with the underwear, which wasn't my size and made me feel really uncomfortable.

To cut a long story short, my knickers kept falling down.

This year I want to do something similar. The difference is, I've got you lot to give me some advice. I'd like to go for a character like Ada Wong in 'Resident Evil' or maybe the Kate Beckinsale character from 'Underworld'. Basically anything with wig, mini dress, black tights and leather boots.

Your suggestions are eagerly awaited.

Those are good choices. What

Those are good choices. What about Bayonetta? Although you may not like the long catsuit it requires.

I'm told STFU more times in a day than most people get told in a lifetime

Good Call

I think the wings would be more of a problem. Apart from that it's a really good call. Thanks.

Ban nothing. Question everything.

Halloween ideas..

My first instinct was Jane from 'Daria' but I doubt many people would get the reference these days?
Possibly the same with Misa from 'Death note' although that tends to depend on who you hang out with.

Failing that there's also more general ideas like 'witch' that you could tailor to what you want?
As weird as it sounds, I've seen someone pull off a 'bad-ass gun-toting naughty nun' look with similar clothing options to what you described REALLY well before lol.

There's always a classic like Morticia or Wednesday Addams too?

Animal costumes are usually quite forgiving to taste as well.
A black cat can wear a floor-length gown or a mini-skirt and, as long as they have the ears/tail combo going on, be recognisable for what they are :)

Hopefully you work out something you can have fun with at least.
While looking good on Halloween is always nice, the whole holiday is about fun and being adventurous after all.

Good luck.
