Breast enhancing pills

I've been interested in increasing my bust size for the longest time, but to no avail. I'm currently 18 as a 34 B or 34 C, depending on who manufactured the bra. I have a "scooping" breast shape, and it makes it kinda difficult to fill out most of my bras.
A while back, I tried breast enhancing pills, and they didn't do much whatsoever, and now I have started taking herbs for a bit. While I have seen a SLIGHT improvement, I still don't feel like I'm getting much from them ;(

This is what I'm taking right now per day:
3660 MG Fenugreek (6 capsules, two in morning/afternoon/evening)
1620 MG Saw Palmetto (3 capsules, one in morning/afternoon/evening)
1200 MG Red Clover (3 capsules, one in morning/afternoon/evening)
3000 MG Evening Primrose Oil (3 capsules, one in morning/afternoon/evening)
Fish, Flax, and Borage Oil (2 capsules in morning)
Vitamin E (2 capsules in morning)
Multivitamin (1 capsule at night)
Complex B with C vitamin (1 capsule at night)

Are there any changes I should make or certain ones I should increase on, or?? I want to be able to get the best benefits from them considering I am spending my money on these.
I'm just so tired of the size and shape of my breasts and I'm constantly upset about them and I just want to improve them

I agree

I agree. Go see a doctor. You're taking a lot of things, and they could possibly be harmful. If anything consult a physician about them.

Non-prescription does NOT mean harmless

Just because the things you are taking are non-prescription doesn't mean you can casually pour them down your throat even if they are what they say on the bottle - I bet some of them aren't.

Very few women are totally happy with their bodies, especially their breasts, so welcome to the sisterhood. If you are a 34b or 34c you belong to that particularly lucky subsection of human females known as ‘skinny bitches’! Enjoy that shops have plenty of clothes on sale that will fit you!!

ok have to ask

you said your 18. Is that age or dress size?

A 34b or c cup if your about 120-150 pounds is about normal for any girl. Being bigger is just over compensating.

Second breasts are not just fat tissue. There is ducts and milk glands. Those are what make breasts round and uhm perky. Fat just adds a protective layer. if there isnt a gland to protect your body will cut back on the fat automatically.

As others have said see a doctor and get professional advice. If a doctor costs you money then at least see a nurse about it.

Pferrari,
I read all the no nos, so let's get a little age, a little research, a little true life experience in here. Shall we?
Natural herbs take a "LONG TIME" to take effect. I noticed your breast enhancement prescription is all natural. I also noticed you are missing a few additional items. I know several girls who were using a similar prescription. A couple of them really long term and there is no downside except for some it didn't help. One girl had been on the natural herb ticket for years without a whole lot of change. I saw one that blossomed out quite nicely after a couple years.

Whatever you do keep in mind you are trying to "grow your own". Girls develop over years not days, weeks, months. Patience is the most important factor when developing your own tissue. It would scare the absolute snoot out of me to have nothing and then have breasts in a few months. Only cancer cells grow that fast. Be self aware. "Hands on" is more than just a saying. Make it a ritual to self massage exploring for abnormalities such as lumps.

I know many girls self medicate because of cost or lack of support from the medical profession. The additional information is just that and is not an endorsement of what one should do.

The girl was using all the natural herbs for breast growth and it just wasn't working. She decided it was time to try something else. She wasn't going in for implants or injections as they were going to be her own flesh and blood or not at all.

She stayed on the herbs and added
2 mg of estroven morning and 2 mg at night
2 pills of Motilium at the same time
Pueraria Mirifica in pill form
Pueraria Mirifica in a breast cream

She massaged her breasts with the cream each morning and night ( think that had more to do with her success than anything else but I didn't tell her)

She went from a B to a C in four months. If you understand your physics, it takes approx four times the volume to go from B to C. That's a lot of growth! That would scare me.

A warning, although it didn't happen to her, many of those on that same regiment develop breast milk. Which is their purpose as nursing natural mothers or surrogate mothers.

Anyone who wants breasts needs to understand it is a one way ticket. They won't go away once they develop. Surgery is the only size reduction option. There are no pills for removing breasts.

Ladies, whether you're GG or TG I can't emphasize enough to keep your hands on your breasts. That's your body and no one knows it better than you do. Doctors are great but unless you're married to one who is doing your daily hands on, they are usually guessing. Your DNA from your mother has a whole lot to do with how your breasts develop. Mom had small breasts? Blame her for lack of what you want. (sorry mom, you know I love you)

Be smart, stay alive, stay healthy. Love yourself. I promise it's the only body you're going to get this time around. You might as well enjoy the gift of life instead of grousing about what life handed you.

If you think you were handed sour cherries, turn it into cherry pie and share your life with others.

Those herbs are NOT effective.

And no, I'm not telling you what would be. This isn't the place for it and if you're serious about this you should do your own in depth research before doing anything that COULD be effective.

I will tell you that I am not on any medicalized hormones at all and am getting growth from what I am on, which is mostly but not entirely herbal, but is entirely OTC. In other words, I'm saying what you want IS possible, but you're going to have to figure it out on your own. I tried giving the information out for free before and got burned by fools doing foolish things and then blaming me for their own lack of attention.

Anything that has the potential to be effective also has the potential to carry similar risks to medicalized treatment. Without the benefit of a trained physician to make sure you don't fuck up. If you aren't prepared to learn what to do you aren't prepared to be your own physician. Sorry. But that's the way of it.

Over the counter and herbal remedies....

Are classified as food additives, and as such are not regulated as medicines and drugs are - hence the multiple warnings you have seen posted in answer to your question. Absolutely see a doctor - an endocrinologist preferably.

Also, keep in mind that it is more common than people realize that herbal supplements can and do react negatively with the body, or any medication which you may be taking. Without getting into the dangers to your metabolism of taking large quantities of unregulated supplements, any medical professional will tell you that these same supplements can either prevent prescription medications from working properly, or react with them causing unexpected side effects.

Lastly, as has also been mentioned here, herbal remedies do not have the same effect as HRT. To be truly effective, you must take not just an estrogen supplement, but also an anti-androgen like Spironolactone. Even after taking those long term, ceasing their use will result in loss of whatever breast tissue you have gained - possibly not 100%, but a substantial amount of it. This is even more true with whatever increase you might see due to the herbal supplements. Not only are the results not as good, they also take longer, and they will disappear as soon as you stop taking the supplements.

If you are serious about this, see a doctor and go on a medically managed program of HRT.

Minor correction.

There are herbs and other OTC products that are effective as anti-androgens... Many come with extremely high risks. Some do not. Done correctly you can exactly mimic a managed program of HRT. You can actually even do better than MANY managed HRT programs. It's expensive, it's risky, but it's possible.

That said, not a single one of the herbs the OP mentioned are effective as anti-androgens, she's also mixing non-stacking estrogens and taking entirely too much of one herb for constant dosing and whose effect I doubt she even remotely understands as it has nothing to do with E or T or even P, and most of the rest of what she's taking would be ineffective at any dose even for an estrogenic effect, though one might be effective for a progestogenic effect, but there are better ways of doing that.

Basically, as I already said before. She's doing a terrible hack job, might be risking her health, but most likely, is just wasting a ton of money. If she's going to do it right, she needs to do much better research. As it does not seem she's inclined in that direction, she really is best off doing as you and others have recommended, and I as well, and go see a doctor who DOES know what they're doing.
