Harvey and the Pretty Girl - Part 2

A continuation of Harvey and the pretty girl. There is a rape scene here, sorry.

When Harvey started his new job he was slightly upset to find that a pretty girl was starting at the same time. Harvey distrusted pretty girls, they didn't seem to like him and he wasn't fond of them, snooty bitches that they were. He liked looking at pretty women, of course, he wasn't queer, but beautiful self-possessed classy women thoroughly intimidated him. Which left him frustrated and angry.

Southern Justice.

I'm going through some of my old stories I wrote when I was younger. Some are short some are long but ive been bitten by the creative bug and decided to go through and refresh and finish them. So since we are getting close to spooky month here's a short little story from the dusty old box in the back of the closet.

Door in the mirror - A sequel

Years ago, I’d found a door on the blind wall on Elm street while in a traffic jam. There was no door really. It was only visible in the mirror. I could see and feel it, only while I was turned away from it. I tried the door and opened it into a world where I was a girl ten years younger than I was in my own world. I panicked then, and returned to my own world that same day.

Bad

Posting this story is ... an act of defiance. It's a refusal to hide what I've hidden from others, as well as myself. But it's a dark story. So please, please, be careful. If you think reading about bad things happening to someone might hurt or harm you in any way, the please don't read this.

This is a collection of stories about stuff that happened to me. While some really good stuff happened in my life, some really bad stuff happened too. So ... please read these stories with caution. Check the labels, as well as any blurbs at the beginning of the stories. If you have any doubt at all as to whether you should read one of the stories here, then please don't. I'd rather my stories go unread, than have anyone hurt or harmed by reading something I've written.

Wolff of the Endless Waltz -chapter 13

Wolff of the Endless Waltz

For 35yrs the border between the Human Empire and Gorgonzola Empire as remained mostly peaceful. The citizens for the Human Empire of this border region are loyal to the last man, woman, and child to the Empire. It was on one of these worlds that gave birth to a legend. The world of Apollo 6 is one of the harshest worlds within the Empire. One so harsh that only it could claim to be the birth world of James J. Owens, the most feared of Death Dealers. A world that is even now poised to give birth to a new legendary warrior. One who shall be baptized in the blood of the Empire’s enemies. Robert Wolff youngest great grandchild of James Owens’ sister Cecilia Owens.

A Grumpy Old Man’s Tale 29 Yasser Arafat, Slobodan Milosevic, Colonel Gaddafi

I mind playing with my gran’s sewing pins. She was a seamstress and used expensive, thin, steel pins, not the cheaper more common, thicker, iron ones that were used by virtually all women in those days. I’d been playing with them with a magnet and some had become magnetised. She’d complained to my dad, ‘I don’t know what that bairn of yours has put on them, but I’ve even scrubbed them with Ajax powder and still they stick together.’

The Dark Spot

I wake up in a strange place in a strange body, with no memory of anything which has happened before. Who am I? What sex am I? What race am I? What am I doing here? Why am I wanted by the police? What should I do about the pervert spying upon me? Is he involved in getting me into this position?

The questions seem never-ending.

Author’s Note: There is no explicit sex or violence in this story (apart from a punch under the jaw). There are one or two swear words, and there is talk of historical crimes such as rape and murder. Do not read or read with caution if you think you may be offended or upset by this.

Be careful what you wish for. The old cliché can really be a problem when the one granting it has no interest in giving you what you want. Hunter is forced into a life he didn't want when his wish is deliberately misconstrued. How will he handle suddenly waking up as his dream girl instead of getting the body of his dreams? Perhaps he can convince the demon to restore what is lost before she convinces him he's better off this way. Then again, she can hear his thoughts and has been playing this game for millennia so the odds are not in his favor.

Decision Deleted

Jenelle Conner was sitting on top of the rock outcrop near the picnic table her family was using for the picnic lunch. She thought how easy it would be to stand up and pretend her feet slipped out from under her, and allow herself to slide off the outcrop and onto the craggy rocks 200 feet below. It would only be a moment and then the fear, pain, and anger she felt for so long would be gone. She had just given her legs the command to stand, when another thought muscled its way into her mind, asking one question. ‘What about Patty?’ The muscled in thought then stood back and watched Jenelle’s reaction. And hoped.

Emma and Sam Chapter 2

Chapter 2

Walking back to the dorm was like walking through a marshmallow…or swimming in a pool full of petroleum jelly. I had no energy and no spirit. I was totally drained. Arriving at my quad proved to be no relief. None at all...! I walked into the common room to find the roomies from the other bedroom, my roomie, and her fuck boy.

Sixty is not that old - Part 19

Vivienne spoke at length on the phone with her lawyer, Verity May later that day. After some discussion of the downsides to the plan to change their names, Verity agreed with what Jacques had outlined. Their previously planned meeting for Monday was still going to take place but at her offices. That way, anyone watching her offices will see nothing out of the ordinary other than a client visiting their lawyer. Verity called it ‘scheming in plain sight’.

Verity had promised to have all the documents that Vivienne had requested ready for their signatures apart from a few missing details that would be filled in on the day.

Part 6

The Webster and Dorman families were brought together by the rescues first by a Dorman young man of a Webster young girl, then two years later a Webster young man of a Dorman young girl, and ensuing love which led to marriage when they each turned eighteen. Because of the first two marriages, other marriages, because of love, occurred between the Webster and Dorman families. But a little over one hundred and fifty years later, the then head of the Webster and Dorman families believed everything told of those first marriages to be lies. They were lies because no one married because of love, only opportunity, so those first two marriages had to have been forced. And it was at that point the love that had blossomed as a result of two rescues, that had brought two families together, was perverted, and a little over one hundred years of hell began for the two families. A hell that was Family Punishment for any Webster or Dorman child who failed to comply with the Family Obligation of marriage when they turned eighteen. And love be damned.

Seventeen-year-old Stephen William Webster and his nanny, Better Wilcox, finally blow the whistle after the murder of thirteen-year-old Rachael Dorman because she refused to be forced into a loveless marriage. Stephen and Betty must be hidden because people from the Webster and Dorman families are hunting him, thinking he is running away from a forced marriage. Betty makes contact with three of her former University sorority sisters, and together they formulate plans to hide Stephen at the one place unknown to either the Webster or Dorman families, the Winsome Girls’ School for Wayward Boys. Jane Thompson’s home.

Part 1

The Webster and Dorman families were first brought together when the oldest son of the Dorman family rescued the oldest daughter of the Webster family. Then two years later, the then oldest son of the Webster family rescued the then oldest daughter of the Dorman family. Love developed between each couple in the ensuing months, which led to marriages when they each turned eighteen. Because the families were brought together by the first two marriages, more love interests developed between the children of the two families, which led to more marriages between the Webster and Dorman families when the children reached their eighteenth birthdays. But a little over one hundred and fifty years later, the then head of the Webster and Dorman families believed everything told of those first marriages to be lies. They were lies because no one married because of love, only opportunity and obligation. So those first two marriages had to have been forced. And it was at that point the love that had blossomed as a result of two rescues, that had brought two families together, was perverted, and a little over one hundred years of hell began for children of the two families. Becoming Holly
A Short Story

My neighbor Quinn Halberg was the nicest man. Why do nice guys always end up with bitches?

I always thought that Holly was a good name for her – pretty but prickly. Quinn adored her. He was too good for her.

Ok, this one is a bit... well, weird and nasty, to be honest. If you are of a delicate disposition, please move along. I've been ill with covid, but I'm a bit better now. Thanks again to Gabi for editing and proofreading, but don't blame her for everything else. It's a bit rushed for Halloween because of the illness. I'll try and tidy it as I go along. There are more chapters, but it's not finished yet. What can I say, deadlines and illness don't mix...

Not a story...a lament to a lost love.

This is a tribute, a remembrance, a lament...to the best man I ever knew, the best human being, my secret love.

He was taken from us...from me, several years ago, but he still lives in my heart and my memories. He knew how I felt, but we could never let on to anyone else. He never did.

I really don't care how any of this is taken by anyone, but as emotional as I have been for the last few days, I HAD to get this out of me for my sanity's sake.

To Mikey, my secret love, my hero, my heart.

I'm missing you tonite...
lying here looking up at the stars.

alone in wearing them. I've known Jake for about 2 years as he was in

better friends as he was well liked at school and a great athlete as I
was just average.
